Shipping and collection
Shipping always costs money — we do not hide it in the item price. The rate depends on your country and on the weight of the parcel: a minifig falls in the lowest band, a four-thousand-piece Technic set in the highest. Collection is free.

One rate per order: buy several items and everything goes in one parcel, so you pay shipping once. The weight of that parcel sets the band, and you see the exact amount at checkout. If your order weighs more than 23 kg we will contact you before shipping — large boxes are sometimes cheaper as two parcels.

How we pack
Every order goes out in a sturdy new shipping box — never loose in an envelope. Inside, the set is wrapped in paper or bubble wrap so it cannot shift around and damage the corners of the box. With sealed sets we take extra care that the original box stays flat and the seal is not pinched; to a collector the condition of the box matters as much as what is inside.

Single parts
The rates above apply to single parts too. Order parts together with a set and everything goes in one parcel — so you pay shipping once.

Returns
You have 14 days to change your mind. Send us a message with your order number and we will sort it out. Sealed sets always come back; for used parts we work out together what is fair. Return postage is at your own expense.
